Why hard wax vs. soft wax?

Once applied and hardened, hard wax is removed directly from the skin rather than applying a cloth strip to soft wax which never hardens. Hard wax is also gentler on the skin, making it ideal for those with sensitive skin, and is less painful to remove. Because hard wax dries on its own, it much easier to remove and less messy than soft wax.
